1. Ceramides

Ceramides help rebuild the moisture barrier, making the skin more resilient and less reactive. They’re essential for reducing sensitivity over time.

2. Hyaluronic Acid & Glycerin

These humectants draw water into the skin, improving hydration without heaviness or irritation. They’re ideal for tight, dehydrated sensitive skin.

3. Squalane

A lightweight, non‑comedogenic oil that mimics the skin’s natural lipids. It softens, smooths and supports the barrier without clogging pores.

4. Niacinamide (Low Percentage: 2–5%)

Niacinamide strengthens the barrier, reduces redness, and improves moisture retention — but sensitive skin does best with lower concentrations.

5. Aloe Vera

Cooling, soothing, and hydrating. Aloe calms irritation and helps reduce inflammation from environmental stressors.

6. Panthenol (Vitamin B5)

A deeply soothing ingredient that hydrates, softens, and supports barrier repair. Excellent for skin that flushes easily.

7. Colloidal Oatmeal

One of the best ingredients for calming irritation, reducing redness, and restoring comfort. Ideal for flare‑ups or seasonal sensitivity.

8. Centella Asiatica (Cica)

A powerhouse calming ingredient that reduces inflammation, strengthens the barrier and soothes stressed skin.

9. Mineral Sunscreens (Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide)

Gentle, non‑irritating UV protection. Sensitive skin often tolerates mineral filters far better than chemical ones.
