Pear & Cinnamon Atole

A warm, silky Mexican comfort drink where pear melts into a cinnamon‑infused masa base.

Atole is one of Mexico’s most comforting traditional drinks — warm, silky, lightly sweet and thickened with masa harina. This pear variation adds floral sweetness and a velvety texture that blends beautifully with cinnamon.

Enjoy!
