History + Cultural Context

Dulce de leche is one of Argentina’s most iconic culinary staples, found in pastries, cakes and café desserts across the country. Cranberries introduce a North‑American twist that mirrors the tartness of traditional South American fruits like quince (membrillo) and sour cherry.

This tart blends Patagonian fruit tradition with classic Argentinian caramel creating a dessert that feels both rustic and refined — perfect for holidays, gatherings or Latin‑inspired baking.
