History + Cultural Context
Tourtière is a beloved Québécois holiday dish, traditionally made with spiced pork and served during Réveillon. These bites re-interpret the classic pie into a festive appetizer format while adding cranberries — a nod to Canadian winter flavours and holiday abundance.
Cheddar adds warmth and richness creating a fusion that still respects the comforting, rustic spirit of traditional tourtière while making it bright and party‑friendly.
