Preppy Kitchen Inspired: Cranberry‑Orange Snack Cake with Vanilla Glaze

Soft, citrusy, and perfectly sweet — this snack cake feels like a Preppy Kitchen classic. Cranberries add bright pops of tartness, while the vanilla glaze gives it a polished, bakery‑style finish. It’s simple, cozy and ideal for Autumn afternoons.
