Milk is one of the oldest beauty ingredients in human history — Cleopatra, Roman bathhouses, Persian queens, Victorian parlour rituals, 1950s homemaking guides.
It’s hydrating, exfoliating (lactic acid), softening, soothing and barrier‑supportive.
