History
Compound butters date back to French culinary tradition where chefs blended butter with herbs, fruits or aromatics to elevate simple dishes. Cranberries, native to North America, became a festive ingredient in American, Canadian and Pacific Northwest cooking — aligning perfectly with Jillian & Tori’s Okanagan‑inspired seasonal style. This version blends classic French technique with modern West Coast wellness creating a butter that feels both nostalgic and fresh.
