Preppy Kitchen Inspired: Creamy Leek Pasta

Bright, creamy, cozy, and weeknight‑friendly — this pasta fits John’s polished comfort‑food vibe perfectly. The melted leeks create a silky base, the cream adds richness, and the Gruyère or Parmesan gives that signature Preppy Kitchen elegance.

This creamy leek pasta is the kind of dish John would make for a cozy dinner at home — simple ingredients elevated with technique. Caramelized leeks melt into a velvety sauce, the pasta becomes glossy and luxurious, and a sprinkle of cheese adds a refined finish. It’s comforting without being heavy, elegant without being fussy.
