A layered apple yogurt parfait topped with granola, nuts, and herbs creates a cozy holiday treat.

Description

A cozy, layered winter verrine inspired by Jillian’s soft, elegant style. Warm cinnamon apples meet creamy Greek yogurt, maple‑kissed oats and a touch of crunch. It’s refined, comforting and perfect for Winter brunches, afternoon treats or a light dessert. Verrines let you build beauty‑benefit layers — and this one delivers hydration, glow and gentle winter nourishment.

Best enjoyed fresh. If storing, keep components separate to maintain texture.

  • Cinnamon apples: 2 days refrigerated
  • Granola/oats: room temperature

Assemble just before serving.

Beauty Benefits

  • Apples — hydrate and brighten winter skin
  • Greek yogurt — supports the skin microbiome for clarity

I absolutely love verrines as much as I love quiche, soup and pizza.
