A festive layered beet salad adds colorful elegance to a holiday table.

Description

Beautiful, festive, and wonderfully sophisticated, this jewel‑toned Christmas verrine layers sweet roasted beets with whipped goat cheese, maple‑candied walnuts, and fresh herbs. The deep ruby colour makes it a natural fit for holiday entertaining, while the creamy, tangy, and crunchy layers create an elegant appetizer your guests will remember.

If a French bistro holiday menu and a Christmas cheeseboard had a baby, this would be it.
