Inspired by Love and Lemons, Giada De Laurentiis, and the kind of elegant entertaining that never goes out of style.

Stuffed mushrooms are a holiday classic for a reason. They’re bite-sized, easy to serve, and always disappear quickly from the appetizer table. This version combines spinach, Parmesan, herbs, and garlic for a lighter, flavourful filling that feels festive without being overly heavy.
These little mushrooms are equally at home on a Christmas appetizer spread, a holiday cocktail party buffet, or a New Year’s Eve grazing table.
