Instructions
- Make the Cranberry Topping
Combine cranberries, honey, lemon juice, zest, rosemary and salt in a small saucepan. Simmer 5–7 minutes until berries burst and mixture thickens. Cool completely. - Toast the Crostini
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. - Assemble
Add a spoonful of burrata or mozzarella to each crostini. Tear prosciutto into smaller pieces and drape over the cheese. Spoon cranberry topping over the prosciutto. - Finish + Serve
