Beauty Benefits
Butternut Squash (Beta‑Carotene + Vitamin A)
Deeply supportive for skin renewal. Beta‑carotene converts to vitamin A, encouraging smoother texture, improved tone, and a natural radiance. Its antioxidants help defend against dullness caused by environmental stress.
Olive Oil (Vitamin E + Healthy Fats)
Strengthens the skin barrier, improves moisture retention, and supports elasticity. Vitamin E helps neutralize free radicals, while the fatty acids nourish dry or dehydrated skin from within.
Onion & Garlic (Sulphur Compounds)
Sulphur supports collagen formation and helps maintain firmness. Their natural anti‑inflammatory properties can calm redness and promote clearer skin.
Sage (Antioxidants + Anti‑Inflammatory Benefits)
Rich in polyphenols that help protect the skin from oxidative stress. Sage’s soothing properties support balanced, calm skin — especially helpful during seasonal transitions.
Warm Blended Soups (Digestive Ease)
Easy digestion means better nutrient absorption, which directly supports hydration, glow, and overall skin vitality.
Health Benefits
Immune Support
Garlic, onion, and sage contain compounds that support immune resilience, especially during colder months.
Gut‑Friendly
Blended soups are gentle on digestion, helping reduce inflammation and support overall wellness — which reflects in the skin.
Blood Sugar Stability
Butternut squash offers slow‑release carbohydrates, supporting steady energy and preventing spikes.
Anti‑Inflammatory Profile
Olive oil, sage, and garlic contribute to reduced inflammation, supporting joint health, digestion, and skin clarity.
Hydration + Electrolytes
Vegetable broth provides minerals that help maintain hydration and support cellular function.
Storage
- Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
- Freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months. Leave space in the container for expansion.
- Reheating: Warm gently on the stovetop over low heat. Add a splash of broth or water if the soup thickens.
- Crispy Sage: Store separately. Re‑crisp in a dry pan for 30 seconds before serving.

Use avocado oil or ghee for a richer, buttery flavour.
Vegetable Broth
Chicken broth works well for a deeper, savoury profile.
Sage
Replace with thyme, rosemary, or fried basil for a different aromatic finish.
Creaminess
Add coconut milk, cashew cream, or a splash of heavy cream for extra richness.
