A fresh, herb‑driven quiche that balances tart cranberries with soft, sautéed leeks. The flavour profile is bright and clean with lemon and herbs lifting the richness of the custard. It’s minimalist, modern and beautifully autumnal — classic Love & Lemons sophistication.
