Alyssa Rivers (The Recipe Critic) Inspired: Creamy Garlic‑Leek & Cranberry Chicken Flatbread

This Creamy Garlic‑Leek & Cranberry Chicken Flatbread is the perfect blend of cozy comfort and autumn elegance. The base starts with buttery sautéed leeks simmered in garlic and cream, creating a velvety sauce that feels indulgent yet balanced. Spread over a crisp, olive‑oil‑brushed flatbread, it becomes a luxurious foundation for tender shredded chicken and a duo of melted mozzarella and Parmesan.

Fresh cranberries add a bright, tart contrast that cuts through the richness, giving each bite a pop of colour and flavour — a signature fall touch that elevates the dish from simple comfort food to something beautifully seasonal. As it bakes, the cheeses bubble, the edges crisp, and the cranberries soften just enough to burst into glossy ruby tones.

It’s warm, creamy, savoury, and lightly tangy — a flatbread that feels like a cozy night in, styled with just the right amount of autumn charm. Perfect for weeknight dinners, casual entertaining, or a chic seasonal appetizer.
